The main slab
The concrete behind the canopy is the only place we draw a row.
A canopy over the pavement
Along this road the shops often have a canopy over the pavement. That projection is not the terrace. Rails stay on the main slab behind it. The canopy is not drilled, and it is not counted. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

What is not a terrace
We mark the main slab and leave the canopy out of the drawing. Rails are not fixed to it, whether it is concrete or sheet. The tank stays. A walkway stays. What remains on the main slab is matched to the home's daytime use. A building with no canopy over the pavement is an ordinary survey.
A neighbour's sunshade that already crosses your parapet is the Teynampet case. A sheet over a shop front, with concrete only behind it, is the Saidapet case. The home meter, not the shop bill, is the Palavakkam case. A board or an exhaust left on the terrace is the Alwarpet case. Traffic film on a highway parapet is the Alandur case. A flat cannot take a common roof. That is the Sholinganallur case. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

Both stay on the main slab. The row uses what remains after they are marked.
Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
A residence above the shops is the usual fit, when that household can use the main slab. A flat cannot claim a common roof. If the building has no canopy over the pavement, the survey is ordinary unless another limit on these pages applies.
How the row is fixed once the canopy is left out is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Anna Salai figure is on solar panels and prices in Anna Salai. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Anna Salai. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the canopy, if there is one
Yes. The roof visit is free. A recent bill and a photo that shows the shop canopy, if there is one, are enough to start. No modules are ordered that day.

No. A terrace with no shop canopy over the pavement is a normal survey. The tank stays, and a walkway stays.
Yes. Cells and modules must be made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000, subject to the scheme on the day you apply. NDCR is only if that assistance has already been given up.
A free visit from Madipakkam. We leave that projection unused, and note whether the plant should be DCR.
