The later concrete
The slab added after the old rooms is the only place we draw a row.
Old lanes beside SIPCOT
In the older lanes next to the park, the roof in the photo is often still a sheet over the rooms. Concrete appears only where a later floor was added. Modules go on that concrete. The sheet is not drilled. The visit from Madipakkam is free.

What the old rooms are under
The old rooms keep their sheet. Rails are not screwed through it, and that slope is not spare area. Where a later concrete terrace sits beside or above that roof, we mark only the slab, leave the tank and a walkway, and see whether the open area matches the daytime bill. A house that is already all concrete is an ordinary survey. An office block inside the park is a different project.
A car porch under the upper slab is the Kelambakkam case. Mangalore tiles over the rear rooms are the Selaiyur case. A room already standing on one slab is the Injambakkam case. A neighbour's floor still rising is the OMR case. A flat cannot take the common roof of a large block. That is the Sholinganallur case. If the bill is in a tenant's name, the owner still signs, as on the Taramani page. City-wide module choice is on panels for a Chennai home.

The slope over the old rooms stays undrilled. It is not extra space for modules.
On the concrete, the tank stays and a path stays. The row uses what remains.
Central assistance needs cells and modules made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000. The amount follows the scheme on the day you apply.
Who it suits
Independent houses in the old lanes, and villas with a terrace in the household's name, are the usual fit. A flat cannot claim the common roof of a large community. A plant on a SIPCOT office block is not this survey.
How the row is fixed once the concrete is clear is on solar panel installation. Modules you already hold are labour from ₹3,000 per kW, materials excluded, on installation services. The Siruseri figure is on solar panels and prices in Siruseri. How the crew sets the row is on solar panels and installation in Siruseri. The subsidy gap is on panel and price. NDCR against DCR is in that guide before an import is confirmed.
Show the sheet and the concrete
Yes. The roof visit is free. A recent bill and a photo of the sheet and the concrete, if both exist, are enough to start. No modules are ordered that day.
No. The sheet stays over the old rooms. Rails are not screwed through it. Modules go on the later concrete terrace only.
No. A wholly concrete terrace is a normal survey. The tank stays, and a walkway stays.
Yes. Cells and modules must be made in India. Eligible homes can receive up to ₹78,000, subject to the scheme on the day you apply. NDCR is only if that assistance has already been given up.
A free visit from Madipakkam. We mark the later slab, leave the sheet alone, and note whether the plant should be DCR.
