We mark the upper concrete, leave the tank and a walkway, and price that area only if it matches the daytime bill. Pointing at the porch from the street does not put it into the count. How to read the sheet
The written price has to name the upper slab.
Ask whether the porch was left out, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Independent houses and villas are the usual fit. A flat cannot claim the common roof of a large block. A balcony is not a mounting place.
