How to read the sheet
The written price has to name the sit-out.
Ask whether the sit-out frame was left standing, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Newer houses with that frame already standing are the usual fit, when the slab is in that household's name. A flat in a large block cannot claim the common roof.
