Flat is not the same as concrete

Where a later concrete slab sits beside it, we mark only that slab, leave the tank and a walkway, and price that area if it matches the daytime bill. How to read the sheet
The written price has to name the brick roof.
Ask whether the brick roof was left out, DCR or NDCR, what is excluded, and who files the net meter and the subsidy. Independent houses are the usual fit. A flat cannot take the common roof of a large block.
